We honestly had a great experience in this emergency room. We were able to be seen by a doctor very quickly for triage and the doctor, resident, and nurses were all very compassionate and kind there. In the actual emergency room, they drew my blood and completed the urine sample very quickly so that the test results would reach as fast. They took all steps necessary to make sure that I was getting the treatment that I needed. Beyond that, we were really grateful for the compassionate Care that everyone provided. It took forever and I spent the day there but you know it's an emergency room. It is to be expected that I would be there for a long time because of the testing that needed to be done to see what was wrong with me. Some of the hospital workers were having a bad day so there attitude was crappy but overall everyone was really nice to me. My nurse practitioner Katherine Ahn I think her name was, made me feel good about my diagnoses and I didn't crash out in the emergency room. I'm happy I chose to come to UCI Emergency Room. I don't want to come again but if I have to I would chose UCI.
