Pictures and reading reviews can be helpful, but you never know. Well, I hadn't had a haircut in 2 months; I was past due! I called Hair-Em. My call was answered by Deanna and I made an appointment. Deanna took time to listen and understand how I wanted my hair cut. I wasn't sure how short I wanted my hair so she progressed a bit at a time, checking with me to see what I thought.
