I stopped in to drop off my husbands suit and was greeted kindly by the owner. I told her it was my first time and she was excited to welcome me and give me a first time discount. I was very pleased with the experience and service and the suit came out great! I told her no rush and it was done in 5 days though I'm sure she could have done it whenever I asked if I'd been in a rush. It can be hard to find parking to drop off your items here, but I got lucky with a parking spot. They have some nice decor and it looks super clean inside.
Dr. Thompson is the first Dr. that communicated to me that his goal is to not see me. That means he wants me well and will do whatever necessary to get there. He lived up to that statement and we are on every other month maintenance. I would recommend him over my own primary Dr. ANY DAY. He approaches care holistically looking at your whole person, not just a symptom. He is very knowledgeable about body systems and healthcare.

This was my first time stopping here. The haircut was spot on and Kyle was great. We chatted for the whole duration of my haircut and he took his time to ensure the experience FAR exceeded what I’ve received from other shops who charge 2-3x more. I showed him a few pics of how I like my hair cut and apologized for my poor explanation but he still came through and aced it. He’s a great dude who clearly cares about his work. You seriously can’t beat the old school barber vibe for what he charges and the time he puts into each client.

Eric and his construction team really came through for my family last week, in a last minute emergency. My mother in law had broken her leg and needed a ramp to access her home. Eric was right there on the spot and had the ramp finished the very next day. She came right out of surgery and was able to go into her home thanks to Eric.

Yet from extensions, highlights, colour and so many other services Jen Keeler and staff have consistently given 5 star service that leaves me uplifted every time I leave the salon. Recently after health issues destroyed my hair texture, I asked Jen for her advice and followed it. I ended up with one of my favorite haircuts ever. After near on ten years if I could rate Jen and staff higher than five stars I would. Incredible talent and a truly lovely human. .

I travel a lot .. most of the time I hardly get any notice. It’s just pack and go! All is good except it seems that I always miss my hair appointments. I have grey .. I mean brown hair so I get ugly roots. WELL ?today I lucked out and got to see Daisy here ???? She was VERY skilled and personable. ?She even thinned and cut my unruly no one gets it right kind of hair. I was very satisfied with both the cut and the price. The salon is not fancy, but the price was 1/3 of that of my previous stylist. I was very pleased and will definitely go back.

Being relatively new to Ojai, and 200 miles from the beautician who has been cutting my hair for the last 15 years, I took my time in choosing where to have my hair cut. Pictures and reading reviews can be helpful, but you never know. Well, I hadn't had a haircut in 2 months; I was past due! I called Hair-Em. My call was answered by Deanna and I made an appointment. Deanna took time to listen and understand how I wanted my hair cut. I wasn't sure how short I wanted my hair so she progressed a bit at a time, checking with me to see what I thought. I was so pleased with her results, I posted my before and after pictures. I felt really good about my decision to have her cut my hair and won't be waiting 2 months to have my next haircut.

I am new to the area and was looking for a place to get my lashes and brows tinted. I decided to try New Leaf and I am so happy I did. This is by far the best brow/lash tint I have ever had done. They look natural and the color is perfect. The atmosphere is so relaxing, next time I am going to try a facial too. I highly recommend going here.

Loved this cute spa and had an incredible massage with Yan today. My friend really enjoyed her massage with Lee as well. It was so peaceful and nice and clean. Bonus was that they use organic coconut oil for the body and the linens were unscented, which was huge for me. I would absolutely go again (and might tomorrow :)

Love this spa. People are so kind and prices are very affordable. I came in with a friend to get foot massages. We sat in the comfiest chair and were given a surprise head/neck and arm massage before the feet. It was lovely and relaxing.

Our whole family had an awesome experience working with Herman and his crew. We did a huge project where we added on an apartment (ADU) to our existing house and also did an almost complete remodel of our first floor. It was a big undertaking and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I tend to be particular and had trouble making decisions regarding style and such. Herman, his crew and subs all helped in various ways and eased my mind so many times! Their work is skilled, efficient and top notch. Would highly recommend!

Everready came to do pest control on a mice and rat infestation. They sealed all cracks around the house and inside the house. They set up bait boxes (did not require to purchase but a rather more inexpensive option to "rent" the bait boxes in which they simply refill them during monthly treatment. Other pest control companies were requiring for us to buy these expensive bait boxes to keep them (which adds another burden on the budget). Another great thing was they did not put any pressure on us at all they told us when the rodents are gone we could stop the monthly service anytime. They were very responsive as well and reply within a day. Our mice were completely gone and the house was very quiet. We still hire them for future maintenance as their prices are very good. We are grateful for their help and professionalism. Cassidy was our pest tech and she was so friendly. Amy was also in communication with me to set up treatment and she was great as well. I would definitely recommend them.
Josh and Ian did a great job making sure the repairs for the termite damage were done. They were excellent in customer service and making sure I was happy with the repairs and fumigation. Always happy to answer questions and schedule repairs. I recommend them to anyone wanting an honest price and excellent service.

I have never met a more skilled or knowledgable person when it comes to the human body than Dr. Novak. She is incredibly gifted and constantly adding to her skill set to stay at the forefront of her field. I suffer from chronic pain and spinal cord torsion, when I recently injured my lower back, I went to Dr Novak and was unable to even get onto the table for my adjustment without assistance. After my first adjustment I had an immediate reduction in pain and within 3 treatments I had mobility again. She is nothing short of miraculous. For injury recovery, regular maintenance and pain management there is simply no one better. If I could rate her practice and her staff higher than five stars i would do so.

first of all, the staff here is so sweet & accommodating and easy to talk to, it feels comfy as soon as you walk into the studio. Veronique did an excellent combination of body work and massage on me that was soooo healing, even starting the first morning after i woke up with no anxiety and less stress overall. i cannot wait to come back.
I was in Ojai for the weekend and sought out a massage therapist for my aches and pains. By some stroke of luck, Angela Griffith's yelp listing showed she was on our street and she was available that day. I cannot say enough good things about this place. This was THE BEST MASSAGE I had experienced in all year. First of all, the heated adjustable massage chair/bed thing was amazing. I had never felt so comfortable and supported, and was happy to not have to lie flat with my face squished into a hole. I was amazed how professional and knowledgeable Angela was. She seemed to do very little to my body to dissolve away the tensions and pains. Most masseurs use repetition - over and over again on a tense spot. By contrast, Angela seemed to know precisely what to do so she only had to do it once or twice. At the end of the hour I felt like a new person, and she also offered some helpful stretching advice. Highly recommended. Note that only venmo/zelle are accepted. No credit cards.
