The entire team is professional, courteous, and accommodating, ensuring patients feel comfortable and listened to. Dr. Komura is an expert in her field and takes extra steps to follow up with patients after procedures. The staff is fast, efficient, and friendly, from the front desk to the treatment rooms. Dr. Komura is knowledgeable, caring, and attentive, listening to patients' needs. The office staff is very kind and helpful, providing a pleasant experience, even on chilly days, with plenty of blankets available.
No one really likes to go to the dentist, but if you have to go, this is the place to go.
Dr. Komura and the staff are the best. It is so welcoming just to walk in the door. They are all very personable, dedicated and attentive. One time when I was having a crown done Dr. Komura was not happy with the exact color as it was slightly off. She sent the crown back and had it remade as she wanted it to be perfect for me.This office will surely put a smile on your face.
I had such a great experience here! I was honestly a little nervous going in, but the staff made me feel comfortable right away. Dr.K was super gentle and took the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what was going on. The office was really clean and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I really appreciated how kind and patient everyone was. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist! Thank you Brenda and Dr.K for taking such good care for me! Brooke at the front desk is/was always very helpful as well!
Dr. Komura has the most talented, professional, and welcoming staff. From the front desk to the threatment rooms the experience is terrific. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. And Dr. Komura is an excellent dentist: knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. She listens. Even if you don’t live in Ojai, Restore Dental Group is worth the lovely drive.
