I just changed eye doctors and switched from LensCrafters to Topa Topa. They were outstanding! Their new computer operating platform was being used for the first time and I was the first patient of the day, so they were new to learning the system. It was not a big deal at all, but they were so apologetic and kind.
They got images of my retinas and Dr. Tsao explained the results and some of the concerns she had about the results, followed up with more testing and then a reschedule for 3 months from now. She was very thorough and good at explaining the results in a way I understood.
First time visit. New to Ojai. They didn’t have time, put me on a waitlist and sure enough I got in the day I needed to get in. All the staff were professional. I would highly recommend the office.
