Katie was great. She responded to my call the same day and was super helpful. I had water coming up from my carpet I feared was from a water leak. It turns out it wasn't, but she still went above and beyond to steer me in the right direction for other businesses who could help with the situation. I can't tell you how much I appreciate an honest business owner who never made me feel uncomfortable when having to deal with a situation I know nothing about.

Katie is great! She is very busy right now but she called me back, listen to my problem, asked for photos, diagnosed the problem and told me how to fix it over the phone. She said I should be able to handle it as it is rather minor but shall I have any further issues to give her a call again and she will help me - love her!

Katie - not only does fine work - but also works at a fair price. We had Katie to our home last week she did everything we asked her to do and more. She left our home looking great - all the work was done better than any plumber we've ever had do work for us. Next time you need work done call Katie she will not let you down.
