This company bought out a plumbing company I had used for many years so I figured I would give them a try. The first plumber they sent over was not really my style. He pushed for replace rather than repair which would cost me more and is not as good ecologically but is less liability and work for them. Since my problems were relatively minor, to the point that I can just get a handyman friend help me do it myself, I declined the recommendation of all new equipment. I did schedule them to replace some corroded valves they had found while at my house. For the actual work they sent a different plumber. His name is CJ. I recommend him. Great company and employees! Keith (owner) came and gave me multiple options for my service with no pressure to choose the more expensive option. Lucas (plumber) was very professional and made sure the area was cleaned up after his work was completed. Also a few hours after the job was completed, Julie called to make sure everything was working properly and that I was happy with their service. Two plumbers came, Eric and Tim. I wasn't charged more for two. They both put booties on to cover their shoes. They were professional, and friendly. They installed a new faucet, and caulked around it so water wouldn't leak out as it did with my old one. And put in a new O ring where there was another leak. I am very pleased with their service.
