“I am so happy with the service I got from Ted and his wife today. We are getting ready to put our home in Brentwood on the market in a couple of weeks. I had an appointment with Ted and had to change it at the last minute to accomodate our marketing schedule for the home. We had leaves from the storms, green and black mold on our driveway, sidewalks, breezeway and around the pool. Ted power washed everything with his cleaning products, and I can't believe how great it all came out. We have been here for 20 years, and our cement work looks like new! His wife also came and cleaned and polished our outdoor kitchen. We also had Ted clean all of our windows inside and out a couple of month ago, and he did an awesome job! “We got ALLPRO for bird-proofing in June 2023. Some areas of the roof in our home were favorite places for pigeons to roost and try to build nests. Also sparrows used to perch on our front door and porch and make lot of mess. We called a few cleaning/bird-proofing services for quotes and all pro had the best pricing and also 5 year performance warranty for the service. Bob got back quickly with an estimate and pricing. The office staff were very friendly and courteous in scheduling the appointment and following up with the process. Since they had a cancellation they messaged ahead and showed up a week before our actual appointment and did an excellent job power washing the window/roof areas and front porch, applying deterrent gel and also covering the pigeon roosting places with mesh. The AllPro team was very courteous and friendly and did a good job. Thanks to all of them for their work. “Delta Roofing is awesome! We had a new roof put on in 2020. Two months later had solar panels installed. In early 2022, we put the house up for sale and during inspection time they reported the roof was 8-10 years old. We called Eric right away and he came out the next day to take a look. He found several damaged areas form the solar panel installation (Freedom Forever-still battling them for the reimbursement) that left torn shingles and exposed flashing and drilled holes. Eric took pictures to show us the damage and being the professional that he is, gave us a quote and scheduled a time to come back and repair the roof.
