Anibal and his team member came today on time in the morning for a follow-up visit after we continued hearing noises throughout the week. I had become increasingly anxious every evening, so the goal of today’s visit was to thoroughly identify and seal all potential entry points and, most importantly, give us peace of mind.

Anibal Galicia was on-time and did a very careful inspection of the inside & outside of our roof area. He found and removed a dead roof rat, set more traps, and then sealed up potential openings. All covered by the warranty on our prior roof rat proofing work. Good job and great customer service!
I had a serious rat and rodent infestation caused by a pest control company that neglected the main location in my house of the rodents. Axel is the quintissential professional. He is knowledgable, patient and able to translate terms specific to his field to plain English so I could understand what was going on. As he and his remarkable team got into the job, they had to modify as the situation revealed itself more fully once infested insulation was removed. He clearly had the skills and experience to modify and to deal with different situations as they were revealed.
