I have had evidence of rats/mice in my garage and the insulation in my garage for months. I had gotten rid of several of them but then realized that they were also in the insulation above the house. Bryan (he spells his name differently) came out and did an inspection of the entire house. He took many many pictures so I would know exactly what I was dealing with. (He aslo asked me if I wanted to take a look in the attic area and I said absolutely no, that the pictures were quite enough.) He then told me what he would be able to do for me and gave me a price, not an estimate, which came with a two year warranty. They will also come out to check and replace the traps and also come by if I see any more droppings. Bryan and 4 workers came out last Saturday and spent the entire day removing and replacing all the insulation, removing any rats that they found, sealing all the places the rodents were coming in, cleaning and sanitizing all areas, setting traps & totally cleaning up the entire area before they left. They were amazing and so efficient. I will say, the job cost a bit more than I had been anticipating, but it was worth every cent to know that I would no longer have a rodent problem. I am just thankful that I had them come out before I had found any traces of them in my house.
Rywen did a great job helping my house with rodent problems back in July. Shoutout to the crew that came to the rescue during the hottest two days in July. It was 95 degrees, and the attic and crawl spaces were unbearably hot. They came out and got the job done. I started hearing rodent noises in the walls a couple weeks prior, and the smell of death from underneath the kitchen was unbearable. I had several teams come out for inspections. Rywen's quote wasn't the cheapest of the bunch, but it was the best overall package. They walked me through problems in the attic and the crawl spaces, and showed pictures of droppings, chewed up wires and insulations, entry points, and various problem areas. They were responsive with my followup questions and concerns. I ended up opted for replacing attic insulations, in addition to cleanup services. Other observations: * the horrible smell from underneath the kitchen went away days after the cleanup. I think it takes time for the odor to completely dispel. * I heard noises for a couple months after the installation, and initially thought the problem came back; but it turns out it's house noise -- likely due to the installations expanding and weather changes. (side note to Roni - if you still have the after pictures, please send them over. I can post here. I forgot to followup back in July.)
We had a terrible rat infestation in our garage, the worst any exterminator O consulted with had ever seen. Rywen was available on fairly short notice and did an absolutely thorough job. We have had no traces of rats after one visit. Highly recommend.
