I had an urgent problem with rodents (rats) in the crawlspace of my duplex. After making several calls to other companies, American offered to inspect the work and provide a quote the same day. About an hour later, Luis, the son and partner of the main owner, Juan Santos, arrived. He immediately donned full PPE — tyvik suit, respirator etc and made a thorough inspection with photos and video all rodent access points that needed to be sealed and included all cleaning and disinfection work. We had a great experience with American Attic working at our house. The crew removed all of our old insulation and installed batted insulation throughout our attic. They were thorough with the clean up and air sealing, they replaced old soffit screens and rodent proofed. Luis is a great guy, clear communication, and easy to work with. He made the process very simple. Alfredo and his crew did the removal and new insulation install, it took 1 day for about 1200 sq ft. Terrific work and they left no trace in the living area of the house; extremely clean operation. Can‘t recommend this company enough!

Outstanding Vapor Barrier Installation Experience!

I recently hired American Attic to install a vapor barrier, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial inspection to the completed installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent.
What impressed me most was their honesty. Luis carefully evaluated my crawl space and did not try to upsell me on an unnecessary sump pump, unlike some companies that push expensive add-ons. He took the time to explain what was actually needed and why, which gave me confidence that he was focused on solving the problem rather than increasing the cost.
The installation was completed in just one… read full review
