I have always hated going to the gym and working out but I love this place. Working out doesn't feel like a chore when you have Annie as a trainer. She is not only knowledgeable about movement, weights, and your body but she can work with your limitations (I started with a back injury). I also highly recommend her for the great conversation and recommendations for yummy food.If you're thinking of trying this place, do it! They have a 3 session package that is a great deal and then you will be hooked too.
