“was only serviced half an hour after my booking and my nail tech (older lady) was really rough and made my cuticles bleed? multiple times? but it's 4 stars because a younger nail tech took over for the design and was totally fine after. also only noticed hardened leftover gel elsewhere on my fingers after leaving💀 would've given it 3 stars tbh but the girl beside me kept gushing about how much she loves the place and she did seem to be having the best time ever so i guess it really depends on who you get as a tech so glhf“
