The team is very professional, very knowledgeable, and very detailed from start to finishing.

“I came in today looking for a piece of carpet remnant. Brittany the design consultant insisted on showing me the remnant section, even though all I needed was a small piece of carpet to repair a silly cat tree. When Brittany was told what I needed the remnant for, she went in the back and found me the absolute perfect size piece to do the job. To top it off, she refused to take any money for it which is really going above and beyond in my opinion.

My family purchased carpet from Abbey back in the 80s I believe. We no longer have that house, but if I’m ever in need of carpeting again, I will definitely call on Brittany and Abbey Carpet. And if you are in need of carpeting now, I think you’d be very impressed with the selection Abbey has and should definitely check them out first

“I wish I could give them 10 stars. Jeff is the perfect mixture of easy-going and detail oriented. I stumbled across his shop one day after visiting a few larger businesses, and he immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and knowledge. I went in to the shop four or five times before deciding on a final floor, picking up and dropping off samples each time and never felt like I was being annoying and indecisive even though I was! When I changed my mind mid job, about a section of the floor, he pivoted easily. Everything about the installation process was seamless. Jeff came over to measure and answer questions, and his installers were a pleasure to have around, and the quality of their work was outstanding.
