“It's Sunday morning. Rob just left my mom's house after cleaning the rug. The dog had a MAJOR accident on the carpet and Rob was willing to come to the house on a Sunday! Rob was responsive, friendly, and thoroughly explained the cleaning process. The carpet looks amazing, pretty much brand new looking as a result of Rob's hard work. The cost was VERY reasonable. I can't say enough about Rob's professionalism. All business owners should follow his lead in terms of how to operate a business. It is no surprise why there are so many 5 stars for Kinco Carpet cleaning. I will never call another carpet cleaner again!“
