However, the California Eyewear owner found a match for the broken bridge, she replaced my broken bridge with one that looked almost identical to the bridge my glasses came with. “Dr. Newman was referred to us by my son’s ophthalmologist for vision therapy last summer. She is amazing. She does testing and therapy I have never seen another optometrist or ophthalmologist do. Everything is evidence-based and she tracked his progress with periodic testing and outcome reports.

The difference has been night and day for my son. He has gone from struggling academically to excelling in the classroom. He was a kid who hated reading because it was so difficult to see the words on the page, and now he is an avid reader. Additionally, he is excelling at sports.

Dr. Newman formed a real bond with my son and he always looked forward to going to therapy. She is one of a kind and her staff is excellent as well. I can’t thank them all enough for my son’s life-changing transformation.“
