Dr. Silani has the equipment to be extremely thorough - showing me so many images of my dry eye conditions and explaining all the possible treatments available. He is really caring and interested and stays on the cutting edge of dry eye treatments. I travel over from AZ just to see Dr. Silani because he is by far the best Dry Eye expert I have seen.
