Today Devaun Welch, from Preferred Plumbers arrived at our house this afternoon and after looking at the situation it was discussed that we definitely needed to replace the faucet. About 2 to 3 weeks ago he came and he had to do alot if work stop the leak from under the sink, tighten the faucet on the top and a few other things. We decided to see if what was done would work. Which it actually did just now just from the back of the faucet the leak was starting and after much decision and explaining to myself and husband we decided to replace the faucet. We are a return customer in Vacaville. Our main sewer line got backed up this morning. We called the main number. Within a few minutes, we talked to the dispatch person, Herman, who was very professional, clear and helpful. The technician, Derreck, arrived as promised. Just like last time, our tech was able to find the problem quickly and took care of the problem. Derreck was professional, respectful and knowledgeable.
