I have been training with Roy for over ten years and he never ceases to amaze me. His depth of knowledge is beyond compare, yet he is able to explain complicated bio-mechanical functions to me in an understandable, conversational manner. He is very adaptable and has modified my workouts over the years to coincide with both my immediate needs, such as dealing with various injuries that pop up from time to time, and my long-term goals, from losing maternity weight to conditioning for various aspects of my martial arts practice (I am not a golfer!). Highly Recommended. It’s hard to come up with a word to describe how good Roy is at what he does. Roy is extremely knowledgeable about the human body, the golf swing, and pretty much anything that goes into human optimization altogether. Roy has many different certifications and has studied the human body and performance to no end. The bottom line is that Roy will help you reach your goals on the course and in the gym.
