I was in a head-on collision car accident years ago, the whiplash to my spine ended up in spinal stenosis, arthritis and bone spurs in my neck and low back. I was always in pain. I have been seeing Dr. Goswami for over 10 years and since the beginning there was a healthy understanding that I was NOT going to slow down.
