Residential solar is a competitive marketplace and AAS was prompt, professional and transparent. Nicolas in sales was very responsive and easy to work with - answered pretty much all questions we had.
Lorena from project management provided timely updates. When it came to actual scheduling and installation Adam & team were right on the money. From signing the contract to permit to installation it took about 3 weeks. Another week for inspection & then PTO was quick too. We have had a good experience working with Adam at American array solar.
We purchased our first set as you can see solar, and we had such a good experience. We went and bought five more panels on the front of our house.. Adam is extremely easy to work with. He’s very considerate and really does work with you. I would recommend Adam and American Array Solar to anyone. Thank you Adam for all your patience and thoughtfulness with us.

Words literally not express my gratitude towards Array Solar and Adam who did everything his power in order to help out. I was in a tough position when my original installer had gone out of business and I had a part fail 4 days after warranty exprired.
He did everything he could to help me out, advised me on the fastest and cheapest options. And even called the Solar company to try to assist with replacement parts. Once the replacement part arrived to me, he had an installer out the next day to handhold me through the process of getting the part replaced and the system back online.
