I can’t say enough good things about our experience with HOTCO. We moved into a home in Newcastle and were experiencing issues with the water heater. We couldn’t shower in our home for two whole weeks. Another company we had tried to go with told us we needed a new one and that parts weren’t made for this specific anyone. HOTCO came within 24 hours of us calling them and was able to order the part and fix the water heater. Mathieu was so our technician and was EXTREMELY helpful and nice. So many places also told us they wouldn’t be able to service our area, but not HOTCO. Fixed the problem when the other company was feeding us false info. THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE HOTCO!
C&C Wood Designs Inc. was an absolute lifesaver for us. They truly saved our kitchen remodel after a nightmare experience with another contractor who performed substandard work & then abandoned the unfinished job.
We contacted several contractors in our area but none were willing to repair deeply flawed work of another contractor. C&C had no problem stepping up to the challenge. The owner Casey Hinkey was knowledgeable, professional and transparent about what was & wasn't required to fix the mess done by others. The quality of work from custom cabinet making to finishing details was top notch. Casey also provided a second contractor (Folsom Auburn Painting) who seamlessly worked with them to complete our kitchen in an efficient manner. Kris Nolen owner of Folsom Auburn painting was equally impressive.
We wish we had found these two gem companies to handle our project from the start.

I had a great experience with Steve from Advanced Leak Detection Services. From the start, Steve responded quickly to my request for service and always provided prompt responses to my text messages. Steve was able to detect a couple of leaks that needed plumbing repairs/replacements. The last leak requires some considerable labor from the landscaper to isolate where the pipe needs to be capped off so I'll update this review once that has been resolved.

just did final walk thru on our pool with Jim Courage. Got quotes from other pool companies, decided to avoid the high volume company and go with Courage Pools and couldn't be happier about it. Testament is the fact everyone in the landscaping industry who was here for other components, including comments from an inspector, had great things to say about Jim's company. He micromanaged the process, at times was in the hole during excavation, eyeballing tile work, etc. A to Z was a very, very positive experience.

I am in the process of obtaining bids to replace my 20 plus year old equipment. I called to get a quote and was set up with an appointment right away. Soren, showed up on time and took the time to explain the various equipment available. The rebates that were offered as well as what financing or same as cash programs the company offered. I was very impressed with the presentation and would gladly recommend you obtain a bid for your project from them. Everyone should get multiple bids prior to making a decision.
