Steve made a special stop at the end of his day to perform a possible leak check, which I so much appreciated! He was so kind, pleasant, and honest. He put me at ease and was so nice to answer my questions by text and phone! You can't go wrong with Steve!!

I find that old-fashioned ways are a thing of the past, sadly. Well, they aren't at Advanced Leak Detection, Steven, was incredibly knowledgeable. We were at a BBQ talking about hallway floors getting warm. Someone recommended contacting ALD to see if the water heater might have a leak. We called on Sunday, and he was out on Monday evening (after hours). I really appreciate the skills and advice given. Thanks, Steven and all at Advanced Leak Detection.

Very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Thorough pre-visit questions led Steve to target the area he thought would be the source of the leak. Sure enough, he was correct on the first attempt.
