They have the best customer service! They schedule appointments for us next day. Darrel was extremely thorough and skilled at explaining the plumbing issue and recommended solutions. We would definitely use them again for any plumbing issue! We were very impressed by the company

I was put in touch with Doc's Plumbing from my home warranty. The issue I had was a toilet pipe leak from my upstairs bathrooms down to the first floor. I made quite a few phone calls and emails to them but I'm very satisfied with their work and the representative that took my calls. They ended up coming twice to my house because at the initial visit they couldn't accomplish the repair as they were given incorrect information on the leak but they tried their best to tackle the problem with the tools they did have. Doc's Plumbing was assigned to us by our Home Warranty Company to take a look at a leaking shut off valve attached to our water heater. We received a call the next day to schedule, and were provided several 3-hour windows over the next couple days. We were able to schedule a time that was convenient for us. Daryl showed up within the scheduled window and was courteous, wearing shoe covers when entering the house. After taking a look at the problem, he was able to fix it then and there with parts available in the truck.
