“Great service provided by Peter. I dropped my Iphone and needed a screen replacement. Quick search on google and I came across Big Time Phone Repair. I was in and out within 15min. Shortly after the screen replacement I noticed a screen defect (due to the manufacturer) no fault by their end. Peter quickly resolved the issue. “My two trips to Staples today were very positive! First one, I needed to print and make copies. It's super efficient and cost effective, you just email the documents and self serve. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Second trip, I needed passport pictures and supplies. Chuy was the associate helping us and he went above and beyond to make sure we had all the formats we needed. He took pictures of our 4yo and 2yo, which can be a very challenging mission.
