Great service provided by Peter. I dropped my Iphone and needed a screen replacement. Quick search on google and I came across Big Time Phone Repair. I was in and out within 15min. Shortly after the screen replacement I noticed a screen defect (due to the manufacturer) no fault by their end. Peter quickly resolved the issue. Overall superb service I will definitely recommend stopping by for all your phone repair needs.

Had a crack in my screen and couldn’t see anything! Panic set in because I have EVERYTHING on my phone. Luckily I was able to find this place! Peter was very helpful, got it done in a couple hours and better price than anyone else.

My iPhone 8 plus got water damaged in the recent big rain. After drying it out, it would turn on but then power cycle. I called a competitor down the street, since I'd used them before and I think they do a great job, but the guy told me on the phone that I'm better off buying a new phone. You know, the one that costs close to a grand!I noticed on google maps that Big Time was just down the street. I called them up and was told the issue is probably a motherboard which he could absolutely take care of. He quoted me a price and gave an estimate on the time required so I headed down there.
