“I needed to replace the screen in my iphone 13 to be able to trade it in to my cellular provider. It's absolutely extraordinary that Franchitti's takes appointments right up until 9:30 pm. When I arrived, Steve had run out of the cheaper lcd screens but was expecting a new batch to arrive the next afternoon. I went the following evening and he was able to replace it in less than 15 min., and put one of my remaining screen protectors on it as well, all at an absolutely phenomenal price compared to every other repair shop I had checked with. Franchitti's is a rare gem in terms of quality, service, price, and value.“

After getting home and discovering fingerprint unlock was broken, I called and they picked up the phone (great staff) they told me to come back to fix it. I drove back, the did quickly fix it. It is now 100%

It would have been nice to run through that unlock before I left in the first place.“

“I came to this GeekSquad a few years ago with a computer that couldn't run games very well. I can't remember who helped me out at the time, unfortunately, but they helped me pick out a RAM upgrade and got it installed in a few days without any issue.
Yesterday, I came in with a whole new challenge: I have dual monitors set up, and I wanted to have my screen tablet work as a third monitor. However, my computer doesn't have USB-C and is very limited on the number of USB ports available already (due to having separate plugs for my mouse and keyboard). I talked to Tim at GeekSquad, asked for how he thought I could potentially work around the issues I had at hand. He showed me the kind of plugs I'd need to look at, and also gave me a heads up that I would likely be experiencing some issues with lag due to having three monitors (so getting that RAM upgrade has helped out all the way to here as well!). I found what he had recommended and got it all frankenstein'ed together last night. Working great, and I'm super happy! Honestly I wouldn't have known where to even start, so big shout out to Tim and the team over there.“
