I came to this GeekSquad a few years ago with a computer that couldn't run games very well. I can't remember who helped me out at the time, unfortunately, but they helped me pick out a RAM upgrade and got it installed in a few days without any issue.
Yesterday, I came in with a whole new challenge: I have dual monitors set up, and I wanted to have my screen tablet work as a third monitor. However, my computer doesn't have USB-C and is very limited on the number of USB ports available already (due to having separate plugs for my mouse and keyboard). Came in today for a repair on a pair of headphones I have gotten a few months ago, one side was not working anymore, to my surprise The gentlemen at the counter just said to get a pair of new ones for the aisle, and I did , I'm getting all my tech from Best Buy from now on

I needed to have my computer set back to the factory settings due to a connection issue with my printer. As promised it was done in 2-3 days. On Sunday May 24, 2026, I went to pick up my computer and Chris is the person who helped me. He was outstanding and went above and beyond to answer my questions about printer setup and even assisted with downloading one of my programs that they could not do without me being there. Chris indicated an email with a review about his service would be sent as I told him he was so helpful. I.
