Got my appointment NEXT DAY, which I was not expecting at the beginning of a heat wave, Kevin came over at the earliest part of my window, (for which I am so grateful) and he was fair and upfront on costs. I will be a regular. (Hopefully not too soon tho!)

Based on my research and dealing with 10 other contractors for the job, these sales people artificially jacked up pricing based on the neighborhood I live in, and the equipment they offered was inferior to KPH solution.

I was a little surprised the tech didn’t know why he was servicing the AC unit. He wasn't told about the oil leak, or the AC unit has leaked cooling which I mentioned in the comment box on line. I’m hoping the unit can be repaired before the summer. Thank you.
