Two weeks ago, I went to get hair Botox with one of the women who work for Tina (who I will keep anonymous) for hair Botox and she did a rushed job, was rude, argumentative and it was deeply upsetting since my hair looked awful. I messaged Tina and right away Tina handled the situation with class and respect. She personally fixed my hair for me and spent real time and effort making sure my hair looked nice. I really appreciate the fact that she was quick to remedy the situation and took the time to ensure the job was done right. Because of her care, respect, attention to detail, and kind personality, I will be coming back to her for all my future hair appointments.”
