This is one of my favorite gyms, and I truly appreciate how hard the staff works to keep the facility clean, organized, and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Claudia. She is incredibly hardworking, always has a smile on her face, and consistently makes sure everything is taken care of. Her dedication and positive attitude make a real difference!
My family and I have had a wonderful experience at LA Fitness on Winchester Rd so far. Affordable rates, and no one is trying to guilt you into buying a bunch of extras you never intend to use. I can go in and do my thing, unbothered. We are always pleasantly greeted when we walk in, and always wished a wonderful day or night when we leave. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there is always someone cleaning. The people, while I haven't met anyone myself, I do get a family vibe. People seem friendly, they greet each other, help each other, encourage each other, which adds to the amazing atmosphere of this place. Yesterday, I went to LA Fitness but forgot to bring my phone, so I couldn’t prove that I was a member. I don’t speak English, and I couldn’t communicate with C.J., the staff member. However, he was very patient and treated me kindly. I offered him money, but he politely refused and trusted me by giving me a form to fill out so that I could still participate in the activities. I really appreciate his professionalism!
