First the new dentist stops accepting Delta dental and forces you to pay up front and wait to be reimbursed. They brag about billing Delta as some convenience to us. No Dr. O'Connor use to take care of it all.
Now the forced us to pay upfront and most of us had to use our credit cards. Now to add insult to injury they are changing a credit card fee. Next we will have to pay an Air Condition fee to breath the cool air in the office.
It was not enough to be forced to pay up front when we have insurance but now they are so petty to charge a credit card fee

Tacee did hair for myself, my mom, matron of honor, and officiant for my wedding, and she did a fantastic job! We all felt amazing, and our hair held all night. I had my first massage at Dawn's Zen Den this week. I have had 20 yrs. of work by various practitioners in WA and CA. I can say with confidence that Dawn's work is some of the best I have had. Instead of telling us what to cut down, he helped us understand how to weigh risk, tree health, location, and long-term safety when trying to determine if any action should be taken.

Dr. Thompson is the image of a great doctor. I wish more doctors were like him. He is very low key and professional and he really takes the time to listen to his patients and to gather information about their visit.
