I called 20 painters to get quotes and only 7 of them replied. I got very frustrated with the lack of response. Sampson Painting lives local and takes pride in being responsive. They were not the lowest quote but I did not have a good feeling for the two lower than them. The two highest quotes were outrageously high. Sampson's price was fair and the work was excellent.
