I was visiting my friend this week in Valecito. I have been experiencing some tension in my neck and shoulders. So I decided to see if I could find a practitioner around the Murphy's area. I am so glad that Sepideh had an opening for me. She is so knowledgeable about the body and the best way to treat aches and pains. My neck and shoulders are doing so much better! I wish I was staying a bit longer to do anynother session with Sepideh. Looking forward to see her next time I will come up!

Today was my 3rd massage with Sepideh. She takes time to assess my physical condition and ask about new pain or tightness before beginning.

Her methods include warming the area to be treated, then working firmly but gently to remove knots and loosen tightness, focusing on the “root” of the problem.

She recommends steps I can take at home to alleviate further problems and we discuss all options for getting and staying strong and healthy.
