Cheryl is the perfect balance of touch and energy. I had an epic experience needing stress relief and regaining center and grounding. She worked all of the negative energy out while bringing forth renewed positive energy! I went for some neck soreness and left in the best place I could be mentally, physically, and emotionally! I have had many messages by many different people and this was a perfect experience : )
