“I had the pleasure of meeting Pat Kapowich in Sunnyvale during unpleasant circumstances. My beloved uncle had passed away after a long and productive life. I travelled to his home in Sunnyvale to do what I could to help my cousin with clearing his home and dealing with his estate. This proved to be a daunting task with only 3 "senior citizens" of the family available. When I arrived I was introduced to Pat who I found to be a very cordial and pleasant man. He was diving headlong into helping with all the tasks we had in front of us. At first I assumed he was a friendly neighbor or hired help. He was lifting, carrying and hauling away things for us. A real hard worker in my eyes. Shortly, I found out that he was a local realtor that was to assist in the sale of the home.
