I had the pleasure of meeting Pat Kapowich in Sunnyvale during unpleasant circumstances. My beloved uncle had passed away after a long and productive life. I travelled to his home in Sunnyvale to do what I could to help my cousin with clearing his home and dealing with his estate. This proved to be a daunting task with only 3 "senior citizens" of the family available. When I arrived I was introduced to Pat who I found to be a very cordial and pleasant man. Because I am not the only person who requires a broker-agent who will be thorough and who communicates knowledgeably and clearly, I am writing my first online review for real estate broker-agent Pat Kapowich. While getting a lead on a good restaurant might be nice, as a successor trustee, I found Pat's real estate acumen and experience invaluable. I am confident other sellers will also.
