EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I just left a similar review for Galli Team at work on an internal site that helps coworkers find a good realtor. I counted the number of positive reviews there: a whopping 45! They helped us through the windy, difficult path of first time home-buying in South Bay, and from the other reviews I read they have done similarly and reliably for many others over the years. Adjectives I'd use are knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, patient, & honest. The whole team just feel like good people, especially Michael. Many of the selling agents knew Michael and team, and it was obvious he has a reputation among other realtors as being great to work with. The team pointed out flaws and helped us identify and evaluate pros and cons of the homes we visited. They excel in all the areas you expect (sending listings, responsiveness, comping offers, navigating escrow, etc.) and also have a good network of related providers (e.g. contractor, lender, disclosure and HOA review). Ultimately they spent a lot of time with us, helped us land a wonderful home in our budget, and earned our trust. We even brought them a cake to say "Thanks a minion" (see in their Photos). :-)
