The online appointment setup and prep process was clear and easy. At the store, I was treated courteously. The options for analysis and repair were explained patiently and thoroughly. My iPhone 15 Pro is under AppleCare One and they replaced the screen for the $29 fee per Apple's scale. I was impressed by Ali's customer service - he was gracious, knowledgeable, and accommodated my wish not to have to return on the e-bike, as it's a longish ride. It was a relief to get the iPhone fixed in a clean service center with excellent customer service that reflects Apple's high standards.”
