“I contacted Loona Construction by recommendation of my old friend, as they are a reliable and high-end kitchen and bathroom remodeling company. Starting from the beginning, Ed and Eric took good care of my parents' project; their designer was very creative and accomplished at visualizing what we had in mind. My project required city permits, asbestos testing, and some extra inspections; the guys were able to flawlessly get all the needed paperwork and make sure the project is done up to new building codes. Craftsmanship and quality are amazing; there were no cutting corners, and everything was done properly with good preparation and using the right materials and tools. Project management by Ed was very easygoing. He was very communicative, and my family knew what was going on with the project and what was going to be next. Customer service by all workers was just great; everyone at Loona Construction was very responsive and helpful. I'm so glad I trusted Loona Construction with my project; Eric did a great job educating me about my project and construction in general, and I was able to actually invest my money into my project and not just spend it on some poor-quality job and non-lasting materials. Loona Construction's bid was the highest I've got, but after the completion of the job, I understood why, and I'm sure that the money spent on the project was worth every penny. “Scott Turner is always right, and I've stopped trying to prove that out. I highly recommend CR Marble & Granite for both fabrication and material procurement, especially to those who are new to the concept of tile. Scott found every tile I visualised, and was able to both match and beat competitor pricing. Scott has a creative eye for design and knows what works well, he was paramount in the procurement of a lot of my tile that included wall, floor and slab. I had a pre-existing bathroom slab order with a separate company (before I met Scott) which had issues regarding delivery and vein. However, Scott as the fabricator quickly resolved this without the need for my intervention. Scott was patient and very willing to work with myself and my designer during the kitchen counter top template layout phase, he took my design and made it better... The showroom is excellent and exactly what I needed to help with visualisation. The display was orderly and appropriately placed, the work desks are large enough to enable easy viewing of plans / computer and tile samples. Even the bathrooms are designed with the beautiful marble they carry. Had I met Scott at the start of my project, I never would've bothered with the small amount of online purchasing. He educated me on tile & slab - quality, counter top fabrication and material selection methodology, finishing details such as schluter vs tile edging, grout type and color. Scott is very respectful and professional, always responded to my questions in a structured and timely format. I appreciated his honesty with one example being my originally intended tile, a very pricey marble herringbone tile. I ended up with a more beautiful chevron tile on that day, because Scott very politely talked me out of the herringbone. What you get with Scott is 25 years industry experience, an individual who really does know it all, and expertise that you just wouldn't get anywhere else. He made is easy and fun. 10 months later, I'm going back to Scott for garden slab :) Thank You Scott.“

The DG crew replaced the damaged boards, sanded and applied finish to the remaining rooms and hallway. The results were beyond our expectations--it looked as if all the floors were newly installed. The crew was also careful in covering cupboards and built-ins with plastic, which kept dust to a minimum. Their pricing was fair for what they accomplished--we couldn't be more pleased.“

“We just finished having the major part of our house (approx. 2000 sq. ft) re-floored by Andro Pinto Flooring. We did receive a competing quote, but chose Andro based on our need for flexibility as we had to shift almost all the contents of every room in the house.Our installer, Bauya, did a great job installing the water-resistant laminate floors we chose and new baseboards. He has a real focus on quality work and customer satisfaction, and was able to make several good suggestions for improving the installation. What I appreciated most was how clean everything was left by him at the end of the day.Communcation was good and Andy himself came by for the the detailed quote and visited at times to check on the installation. He also came to review the final results and remind us of the warranty on the installation.Very reliable, reasonable pricing, highly recommend.“

“We had Western Hardwood replace the carpets in three bedrooms with hardwood, and refinish the hardwood in the rest of the house. In addition, they installed a challenging hardwood staircase. This work required us to clear the entire house. The workers were very accommodating and professional. The floors look great, even better than we expected. After installing the hardwood, they replaced all the baseboards, caulked and cleaned up. Nhu Nguyen, Friday Dinh, and the entire work crew demonstrated high skill and professional performance. “We shopped around few floor vendors in the Bay Area and we felt Perfect Flooring to be the best partner for few different reasons. They are knowledgeable about the floors, crisp and clear communication from the start, and reasonable prices. It only took two meetings to understand what we needed and got it ordered. The invoices were clear and transparent. At the time of material pickup there was a issue with manufacturer's warehouse but Tiffany clearly managed the communication and provided an every two hour to four hour update and options. Andy also was quick to provide an estimate for the floor installation. Unfortunately, we had to go with our current contractors for installation for other reasons unrelated to floors.
