Resourceful and responsive. Then begin the installation work. OMG I will never do any tile work in my house without Juan's team. We have meet at least 3 teams for this Project. The most of it was with Alex's team, perfection from A to Z! Not an edge or corner not perfect and the bathtub flooring work was a real challenge but the result is magazine worthy. They offered free kitchen design and sent the kitchen layout over to my contractor for approval in terms of measurements and customization.
