On the evening of July 21, I was urgently looking for luxury vinyl plank flooring for my newly purchased home in Los Gatos. I reached out late in the day, assuming I’d hear back the following morning. Instead, Prince called me almost immediately. He had already finished work and was driving home, but after hearing that I wanted to start the project as soon as possible, he literally turned his car around, went back to his office, met with his installation crew in person, gathered flooring samples, and made sure everything was organized so they could move quickly. That level of commitment and customer service is incredibly rare.
His team came out to my home that same evening to take measurements, review the project, and show me flooring samples. Later that night, I received a detailed quote, and Prince committed to starting the installation within days. True to his word, his crew arrived exactly when promised.
The installation team was outstanding. They removed all of the existing carpet, prepared the subfloor properly, and installed the new luxury vinyl plank flooring with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. They treated my new home with respect, kept the work area clean, and completed everything within the promised three business days.
What impressed me the most was Prince’s integrity. Despite this being a significant project, he never asked me for an upfront deposit. We signed the agreement, he completed the entire job exactly as promised, and I paid only after I had thoroughly inspected the finished work. In today’s world, that level of trust is both refreshing and rare.
The experience didn’t end there. I also mentioned a small repair needed on my existing hardwood flooring upstairs. Prince arranged for one of his team members to return the very next day and repair it—without charging me anything extra. That wasn’t part of the original scope, but he wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied.
Even my general contractor, who has more than 11 years of renovation experience and is usually very cautious about subcontractors, was genuinely impressed with the professionalism of Prince and his team and the quality of the work they delivered.
Beyond being an excellent business owner, Prince is simply a great person—humble, honest, responsive, and someone who genuinely takes pride in his work. Those qualities are just as valuable as the quality of the flooring itself.
