FYI there is a backlog so we were told we probably can't schedule a site survey until mid-March... really close to the NEM 2.0 change to NEM 3.0. FYI #2, after the site survey, it takes them ~2 weeks to submit the Application to PG&E (which is the necessary step to get grandfathered into NEM 2.0).“

“About two months ago Griswold Mechanical replaced our HVAC system. They were mid bid of three. I am extremely pleased with the performance of this company. “Quick response, same day service and knowledgeable technicians. My mini split, duct system on a small casita unit stopped cooling and only produced fan air, so I called for service. They found refrigerant pressure was low; offered to check for leak or just filled up. Since the system is 8-9 yrs old so I opted to just filled up. They washed clean the unit and made sure it’s working after filling refrigerant. Will definitely use Irish heating & air again on future HVAC services.Service: HVAC system repair“

“Mario is my "knight in shining armor". As a busy, professional woman, with very limited spare time, I need my washing machine and tumble dryer to work. Three days ago, my dryer stopped blowing warm air and, effectively, became useless to me. It only blew cold air. None of our clothes would dry, no matter how long they were in the machine. Ugh!Based on other people's Yelp reviews, I called him up and he came to determine the problem. Fortunately, he had the part in stock and was able to do the repair immediately. My dryer is working properly again and I am so happy! He was professional, worked cleanly (very important!), efficient, and friendly. And, on a personal note, he is a lovely guy!
