I had a Japanese straight perm at this salon, I’ve shopped around, only Ken offers the best price. Result was amazing, exactly what I wanted, shiny and healthy. He and his wife worked on my hair together, it took 4 hours, which is expected. No hair loss afterward, it’s just so shiny! They’re the best!

Came in with old acrylic overlay and left with a gel overlay. She cut and reshaped my nails and created a beautiful French tip on an almond shape. Exactly what I wanted. ✨✨✨✨✨?

Anna's Nails is a hidden gem in a sea of nail salons. No upselling, no hustle and very accommodating. Every time I am in Los Angeles, I make a point to come to Anna's Nails for a gel manicure and pedicure and a moment of peace and quiet. In the past had acrylic and they did wonderful work. They have full service nail types (powder, acrylic etc.), and brows etc. Been going to Anna's for many years and they have always put the customer first. The entire crew are welcoming, technically skillful and very accommodating. They listen to what you want and have good advice when you need it. The staff are very respectful and accommodating to old people which I appreciated when bringing older relatives for manicure. I always try to leave a high tip because they offer tremendous value (they could charge more!).

I went in for a facial and concerns about my saggy jowls. Mary took one look at my skin and recommended skin tightening. I did it and have been asked by several people what I did to my face I look ten years younger. Mary educated me about taking care or your skin doesn't only include sun block or moisturizers but microdermabration to remove the dead skin so that the moisture can be absorbed. The skin tightening treatment was Suttle but noticeable. I now realize how important it is to take care of your face if you want to stay young looking. I’ve tried several technicians there (and even a few around Monterey Park), but once I landed in Anna’s chair, I knew I wasn’t going anywhere else. She’s hands-down the best lash tech I’ve had.
Her work is incredibly consistent: my usual 9–15 cat-eye volume with a d curl always comes out even, clean, and beautifully mapped. She’s quick, her hands are super light, and you can immediately tell she’s truly mastered her craft. Every set feels effortless and comfortable.
After trying four different techs at this location, Anna is the one I’m sticking with. If you want flawless lashes from someone who genuinely knows what she’s doing, she’s your girl. ?
I had my hair cut by Tim. Tim was very easy going and professional. I came in with very long hair (thick and difficult to manage at this time). I knew I wanted it cut short to approximately shoulder length. Per his suggestion, I now have a very cute lob! Perfect for summer. Tim even made great suggestions for managing my hair based on my hair type. Highly recommend chez moi and Tim!

Olivia is amazing. I was on a last minute scramble (as always lol, procrastination and running late are big Achilles heels of mine!) to search for someone to do a bridal hairstyle on me that very same day, and of course, most solo-run places that offer these type of services either were not available, booked out, out of town for the day, or did not call me back. Olivia not only answered me, she knows exactly what it is that youre envisioning when you try to describe it to her and she can carry out what youre looking for and goes above and beyond on it. Despite having other clients that day, she still was able to squeeze me in and did an absolutely beautiful job on my hair. There was another place that I had called that said they couldn't do that style on me without hair extensions, but Olivia did it super easily with zero need for that and found ways to make my super super long hair work with the style in the most creative and flattering ways. She also takes super small details into account that make a big difference, such as where intentionally creating contrast/differences in certain areas on purpose instead of one consistent/clean edge actually makes it look more flattering on the person, which strands of baby hairs to let out and whether they should be straight or wavy or curled, and what is more flattering for the person's face shape and facial features since it varies from person to person. Olivia transformed me and I ended up having the most successful day because of her and I love her for it, and now I want to go back to her for any other hair needs. I love you, Olivia!! Al fixed my clogged kitchen drain due to years of not being serviced by previous owner. He did a hydro clean and replaced the pipes. Al responds very quickly and can come to you without having to go through the “appointment makers” like some of the other places which sometimes take too long. He will work with you to resolve the issue and provide recommendations for maintenance.

My family and I had been dealing with a drain issue for over a year and a half, but Monterey Park Plumbing took care of it. On Monday, May 4th, Gerry was able to put up a price and have a crew out to us by Tuesday morning. The next day, Gerry returned to put the water tank back in place when the concrete had set, and he replaced all the fittings on my water tank because the previous business had used low-quality materials. I wish there was a way to award a company a perfect score of 10 st Monterey Park Plumbing because they are good.

It's not every day that I run to review a dentist. Dr. Tzou and his team simply the best! There's an abundance of free parking. The office waiting area and rooms are comfortable and clean. Dr.Kevin Fan is the best dentist I have ever had in my life and that's 100% true he's carrying kind listens patient he has repaired my tooth over and over again he's not like other dentist who try and make you by implants and all that other stuff you can't afford in probably that you don't need. I’ll admit I never loved going to the dentist as a kid, but ever since I started coming to Chien & Li my perspective of the dentist changed. I really love coming here and honestly always have a painless appointment which I absolutely love. Also I’ve come here recently and I felt like it was very safe. I love how careful they are with the COVID protocol and I feel very protected here!

So I’m always late they have to extra paper work. So I’m the guy that is always late by appt and closing time his staff and his self treat the right way I appreciate the hell out of that. Not for the faint of heart but you'll get results!!! After my Achilles surgery 8 months ago, I still aren't able to walk normally and have even been looking into a second surgery. My main issue is scar tissue building up which has been restricting my ROM (aka I'm still not at neutral). My physical therapist recommended I try different things like scraping and shockwave therapy. I tried but most places were other PT places and didn't offer it as a standalone service, my own PT focuses more on exercises which I didn't need more of. After messaging clinics and calling around, I tried the 626 area instead. This place has a large parking lot and was completely different than I imagined! When I went inside, I saw it wasn't as modern as I expected and was filled with patients. In the waiting room, there were already four people. Then they called me to come to another room which was filled with even more people! The room had about four chairs, one larger table, and a massage table (?) in the middle. I was instructed by the doctor to lay on the table which is in plain view of everyone else LOL! I was a little shy but got over it quickly. Then, he started off by using compression therapy and I laid there watching tv and using my phone. Actually the pressure felt VERY NICE. Then, he whipped out another machine that was like a high-powered radio frequency massager and used it to break up scar tissue. They applied a gel on me at first, and he warned it would hurt. It did but tbh that's how you know it's working lol. Keep in mind that an assistant is doing this while he is next to me working on someone else's back! After that was done, I assumed we were finished but then the assistant began to scrape my ankle. Keep in mind a scraping session is like $100+ by itself at other places so I was surprised that they were doing it for me on top of the other services I received. After what felt like 20 mins of (once again, I need this) they moved over to a chair where I got electrical stimulation or like basically a Tenz unit. So now I'm just chilling in this room with patients around me. Overall, this is a very interesting experience and not what I was expecting but definitely WHAT I needed and the services I received exceeded my expectations. If I had gone here earlier I definitely would have improved much faster! Sometimes, doing exercises can only help so much. Plus, I didn't realize I could get all of these treatments. =EDIT= After I wrote my review I was taken into a more private massage room and given a short massage focused on the problem area lol, so my experience wasn't over yet! Then I got to see the doctor (which tbh I was already fine without because the treatments beforehand went so well), but he gave me manual stretching and put a massage gun to my calf area which felt nice but also painful at the same time. But I literally spent like almost 2 hours here but I'm legit not complaining cause it truly felt like a self care day . PS the doctor is very nice and while the assistants aren't chatty (of course), they get their job done and they're not rude. This is where you go to get real results unlike some places I've gone to where they just massage your leg for 15 mins and call it a day. Anyway, I can't wait to go back! I felt like the experience was worth like $200, but the price I paid was so affordable. Literally like 1/3 of what places quoted me for a 30 min massage.

I was skeptical going here based on a few of the reviews, but glad I tried it out! Took my boyfriend here for a date night. You really can’t beat $35 for an hour body/foot massage. Unlike another review I read, they did use lotion on my hands and shoulders. The pressure was great and we both loved it.
Know what you’re going to. You’re not going to get a full body Swedish massage where you undress, this isn’t a spa. This is a typical foot massage establishment where you’re in an open room and remain dressed. But again, for the price it was awesome and we will be back.

She was up on the table working out the knots on my back and even found some knots I never knew were there. And you can’t beat that price. I’ll definitely be back!!

I am so happy to find this place! My daughter had a facial paralysis for a week. Her regular doctor said there were not much to do so just wait to see if she was going to get better. We were devastated. I didn't want to "wait and see" so I found this place on Google and called the same day. They said we could just walk-in and told me the cost for the treatment (I asked) and it was nice to know how much it could cost before. The price is very reasonable. We walked in and there was no waiting. The room was filled with the aroma from the herbal tea they make all day and we found it was comforting. The doctor was kind and looked very genuine. He checked my daughter's face, pulse and tong and immediately said " Don't worry, she is going to be healed 100% within a month" . What a relief to just hear that after the Western medicine doctor said it was too late to give their treatment! Now she has been getting the acupuncture sessions several times and taking the personalized herbal tea over a week, she is almost healed completely! The acupuncturist is a sweet lady. She is very gentle, knowledgeable and quick so my daughter feels comfortable. She even played relaxing music to ease off the tension my daughter had since it was her first experience with acupuncture. The office is very small but they have the biggest hearts so I am leaving the review here so more people can find this place.
Dr. Xian has excellent knowledge in traditional herbal medicine. In addition to his reasonable pricing, having an appointment is highly recommended.
