Came to Prolase for botox and had a great experience! I drive from far and honestly, it's worth it! From booking to checkout, it was a breeze. Front desk have been great too, Christine was kind and helpful, especially since I was a little hesitant as it was my first time. I had nurse Vivian, and am very happy with my results. She is so personable, intelligent, and detail oriented.
There is ample parking as it has a parking lot and great service. Looking forward to my next appointment!
Rouzanna at the Glendale location is the best! She's so sweet and knowledgeable on the whole process and how the body responds to laser. I highly recommend booking with her!
The staff are quite friendly and nice, the place is very clean, they are well priced in my opinion and most of the employees do a good job. Rouzanna did an especially thorough and efficient job, so thank you to her :)
