“I want to give Sam a big shoutout for getting me through my very tough knee surgery recovery. I had three procedures done (MACi, MPFL reconstruction, and LRR), and I was absolutely terrified when I first went to PT 5 days post op. I was scared of the pain and the process, because I had been suffering and sobbing from the surgical pain just a day prior. Sam was very reassuring, understanding, and most of all encouraging. She is super knowledgeable, skilled, and attentive. I went from being scared and guarded, and left 2 months later confident, motivated, and stronger. Sam made it feel like a very safe environment for me throughout my recovery. I appreciate that she always actively watched and listened, and adjusted exercises when she saw me struggling. Her level of care and attention was something I wasn’t used to compared to other places I’ve been. Although the facility may be a bit dated, I chose to stay with Milich for my big knee surgery recovery because I really trusted Sam to help me heal and get stronger. Though it would be a major plus if they added some more electric physical therapy tables (makes it alot easier to get on the table when non weight bearing and in pain). I also want to thank Phoebe for being a champ in my many appointment revisions due to my surgery dates being moved around. She was very kind, responsive, and welcoming; which made Milich feel very warm and inviting.“

“This place is great and the therapy is really helping, but it does feel like there is a lack of respect for the patients time at times. Sometimes I spend up to 20 minutes a session waiting for heat, ice, or the planned circuit for the day (which could be planned out before I even show up). I definitely recommend this place, especially if you have an athletic background, I just wish my sessions were more streamlined.“
