“Miguel at MoveWell is an outstanding physical therapist. He conducted a thorough assessment before physical therapy began. During sessions, exercises were always at the correct level of difficulty and strengthened the target muscles for better hip function without pain. Each session also included manual therapy techniques which were very effective for my hip’s osteoarthritis. After two months of PT with Miguel, my range of motion has greatly increased and I can walk with my dog for 2.5 miles per day with just an occasional twinge of pain. Before PT, my range of motion was limited and it was a struggle to bend my left knee to tie my tennis shoe lace. I was often limping while walking, and my hip was always sore. I am very grateful that Miguel has been my physical therapist. He is always kind, positive, and encouraging. The MoveWell front office team has been welcoming and helpful too.“
