Today was a truly wonderful day, perfectly crafted for deep relaxation and energy renewal.

It began with Adil’ Qi Gong class at 8 AM in the park right on the ocean shore. Connecting with nature while practicing was an incredible experience. We focused on cultivating our Qi energy, and I left the session feeling strong, centered, and completely replenished.

Then, I headed to the center for a massage with Adil. What can I say? Everything, from start to finish, felt as if it was tailored just for me. The center itself is built with such soul—it's incredibly beautiful and radiates a profound sense of peace.

The massage with Adil was transformative. Afterwards, I felt as if I had shed 10 years and a 100 weight from my shoulders. The release was both physical and emotional.

Beyond being a skilled practitioner, Adil is a deep and fascinating teacher. You can learn so much from him about how to live a full and healthy life. He has a wonderful energy and wisdom to share.

“It's very unassuming, but it's a nice place! Making an appointment is easy, and all staff are very polite and tend to communicate very well.

One complaint that I have is a lack of ability to choose who my masseuse will be. I've gotten great massages and some not-so-great massages from this place. If I knew who was giving my massage and knew names, I'd know exactly who to ask for and always get quality service.

Don't let that one complaint deceive you. Sure, not all massages are equal, but generally, they're solid.

EDIT: You can ask for a specific masseuse, but considering most do not introduce themselves by name, it, is hard to know who is who unless you get a loyalty card; getting a loyalty card results in them writing their name down on the spot they just stamped.“

“Keiko is an Amazing and highly proficient massage therapist and wonderful human being. She is kind, caring , patient and diligent. She listens to her client's concerns and customizes her massage therapy approaches to the the client's needs. I have significant musculoskeletal strain and tension issues involving my upper and lower back, neck, shoulders and occasionally lower extremities. I am a recurring customer every 4 weeks and she always adjusts her massage approach after checking in with me re: the current problem areas that I am dealing with that day. Her techniques for me include deep tissue massage / Swedish / shiatsu with elements of acupressure and cupping.
