I can’t say enough great things about my experience at ProPT. When I first came in, I was dealing with severe lower back pain caused by long hours of desk work, and it was seriously limiting my ability to train and enjoy workouts. Thanks to the incredible team at ProPT, I’m now much stronger, in little to no pain, and back to weight lifting, daily walks, and workouts that I truly enjoy again.

Can I give this place a 10? I can’t believe I waited this long to do a review. John Santos and his crew are without a doubt the best PT clinic I’ve ever been to. John helped me through one of the toughest experiences of my life, my first knee replacement.(I had started at a different clinic before I met him Let’s just say it didn’t work out) I had complications and he got me through it. And then he got me through my second one too. I’ve been to a few physical therapy clinics since then for other Issues and NONE Come even close to his care. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care my mother has received through her physical therapy. In the past, she often felt like just a number at other places—unseen and unheard. But here, she’s treated like a person, with genuine kindness and respect.
She actually looks forward to her therapy sessions now. Each visit lifts her spirits, and I’ve noticed remarkable changes in her energy, her mobility, and her overall mood. She walks better, moves with more confidence, and seems happier and more alive.
