After checking the house, the inspector Luis sent a report as well as the recommended treatment plan shortly after. What really impressed us was when the treatment specialist, Oli came to start work. He arrived slightly earlier than the scheduled time of 930am. He was friendly and patient as he went through the items he would be working on that day. After realising that he had quite a bit to cover, he started working right-away, even skipping his lunch just to finish the work in a timely manner.We noticed Oli was very thorough in his work, cleaning up as he finished them in a methodical manner, both outside the structure as well as inside the crawlspace.
