They were super helpful and fixed my computer screen in only a couple hours! Issac kept me updated with everything and helped me understand the issue of my macbook. He made sure to also give me my original screen back because it had my stickers on it!
This is a best place in Humboldt County for Mac service and repairs. Marcus and Issac are both personable and knowledgeable. They explain the issues in "non-tech" language and keep you informed in a timely manner. Great to have someplace reliable and closer than Santa Rosa!!
Marcus replaced the screen on my wife's MacBook in about an hour and a half while we went to lunch. We had to drive about 45 minutes from home, so we were grateful that we could get it fixed in one trip. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I would certainly go back if we had anymore problems.
