Getting your feet rubbed is heavenly, but she is also skilled in "reading" your body as to what kind of emotional "clearing" it wants to have done. She uses "Bioenergetics" to clear old, negative emotional energy (usually from trauma you experienced) from your muscles and nerves, so that your body can return to its intended relaxed position and state. She is incredibly intuitive and professional and skilled. I feel much more "in control", as if I can more easily "show up for my own life" now. I get bad tension headaches and Wes does an excellent job of keeping them at bay whenever I visit him often enough, or squish them and send them running in the middle of episodes.
