“I have a 115 pound older male Bernese Mountain Dog who can be difficult when being groomed. He is also a little nervous in new situations. I was a little nervous myself about dropping him off, but Vivian and her staff made me & my dog feel comfortable and welcome. When I came back to pick up my dog, he didn't see me at first thus I was able to watch him walking around with the other dogs (it's open). He looked very relaxed and happy.
